April 15, 2024 – Daniel Valenzuela, vying for Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, maintains his lead in the District 3 race, having raised $215,550 to date, with an additional $94,335 in the first quarter alone. His support spans across community, business, and labor sectors from all political spectrums. Valenzuela’s campaign, fueled by grassroots efforts, submitted more than 1300 signatures to qualify for the ballot, all garnered without paid petition gatherers.

“I’m proud of our fundraising effort and the broad support we are receiving,” Valenzuela stated, emphasizing the campaign’s aim to unite people with a common vision for Maricopa County, focused on ensuring public safety, advancing the county’s economy, making strategic investments in infrastructure and responsible growth planning, while safeguarding democracy by championing secure, transparent, accessible, and equitable voting practices countywide.

Daniel Valenzuela has served our community as a firefighter for 20 years and was elected to two terms on the Phoenix City Council.
