Valenzuela has served as a valley firefighter since 2003 and was previously elected to the Phoenix City Council in 2011 and re-elected in 2015. While on the city council, he worked to make the city safer, strengthened our neighborhoods, provided regional leadership, and helped transform our economy through innovation and cultivating an environment where entrepreneurs can succeed.
